Steel Chicks' structured mentoring program connects women with experienced industry professionals who can provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help build confidence, expand professional networks, and develop leadership capability to achieve career goals in the steel industry.
What It Offers
The program pairs mentees at all career stages with experienced steel industry professionals through a structured six-month mentoring relationship, with participants connecting for around two hours per month to develop career goals, develop strategies for personal growth, and navigate workplace and personal challenges.
