We’re so proud of Steel Chick and rising star apprentice, Isabelle, who took to the stage at SEBN’s Lunch with the Winners on 2 September to share her career journey.

Isabelle joined fellow apprentices Sam (gears manufacturing), Helena (mobile plant technology), and Madeline (electrical) on the panel to talk about career pathways, challenges, and achievements, giving local businesses, educators, and students a real insight into what it’s like to build a career in manufacturing and trades.

Events like this are an important way to showcase the opportunities available in our industry and highlight the incredible role apprentices play in shaping its future. A big thank you to SELLEN and the City of Greater Dandenong for hosting such an inspiring event and for their ongoing commitment to supporting young people into rewarding careers.
