Connect & Empower: Event Wrap-Up

A huge thank you to everyone who came to the launch of our brand-new mentoring program!

It was an evening filled with inspiring conversations, hands-on support, and powerful insights into the future of women in the steel industry. We’re looking forward to seeing what comes out of the program, and we’ll be staying in touch to gather valuable insights from both mentees and mentors that can guide future iterations of the program and strengthen Steel Chicks’ coming initiatives.

We were really pleased to host both familiar and new Steel Chicks players—a big welcome to the Chisholm TAFE students entering the industry, and best of luck in your careers in steel!
