Thi Lam, Principal Structural Engineer
With a decade of experience delivering structural solutions across commercial and infrastructure sectors, Thi’s adaptable and practical approach underpins a portfolio of major projects, including the Southern Program Alliance’s level crossing removal, the Victorian School Building Program, Royal Melbourne and Frankston hospital redevelopments, and Melbourne Airport T2 NISE. With a passion for steel design, and experience on both design consultant and contractor sides, Thi’s technical expertise and commercial insight delivers smart, efficient engineering. A strong advocate for women in engineering, Thi is committed to shaping a more inclusive future for the profession.
Krisi Patras, Interior Designer
Krisi has worked at global-scale architecture studios on award-winning projects across diverse sectors including hospitality, residential, senior living, workplace, education, commercial, and healthcare sectors. With more than a decade of industry experience across design, project management, placemaking and community engagement, Krisi’s design philosophy rooted in making meaningful spaces that celebrate the people who use them.
Jacqui Ralph, Project Estimator
With over 28 years in steel construction and fabrication, Jacqui has built her career as a steel professional with a wealth of knowledge in planning, scheduling, and delivering complex steel projects. With expertise across estimating, contracts, and project management, Jacqui’s expertise spans design development and value management, procurement, quality control, risk analysis, and coordination with contractors across engineering, architecture and construction. Jacqui also works through Steel Chicks, supporting other women to enter and thrive in steel.
