What It Offers
Steel Chicks' RTO-partnered training initiatives combine nationally recognised training with practical industry experience to prepare women for employment in steel and construction. Delivered in collaboration with RTOs, government, and employer partners, programs are tailored to industry needs and include technical skills development, workplace learning, mentoring and pathways to employment.
