Steel Chicks’ workplace skills training programs are designed to strengthen women’s confidence, communication, and leadership capability across the steel industry. Developed for women working in trade, technical, and professional roles, these sessions support long-term career progression while helping to build stronger, more effective workplaces.
What It Offers
The suite of programs support women at all stages of their steel careers by providing practical skills training aligned to real workplace challenges, alongside workshops focused on communication, time management, dealing with difficult people, and leadership development. Participants also gain access to the Steel Chicks online learning hub for flexible self-paced learning, as well as connection to the Steel Chicks community for ongoing networking, support, and continued professional growth.
