Expressions of interest now open for mentors and mentees

Steel Chicks is preparing the launch of our mentoring program for 2026, and we’re super excited to be inviting expressions of interest from both mentors and mentees.

Whether you’re new to steel and looking for support to grow your skills and confidence, or you’re an emerging leader ready to share your expertise with the next generation, this program is your opportunity to gain career-building professional skills and make a real impact in our industry.

The program is free, and there will be heaps of opportunities to connect with your peers and leaders in the super supportive Steel Chicks community, so register your EOI on the links below before they close on 20 March.
